Terms of service

The service

AI Visibility Checker sends questions that customers might ask to AI assistants and reports whether a business is mentioned, cited or recommended. Scores are measurements of the questions and platforms we tested. They are not guarantees, predictions of traffic, or an industry standard.

Your account and checks

• You may only check websites you own, manage or are allowed to research.
• Checks count towards the limits of your plan, as shown on the pricing page.
• Reports are private unless you choose to publish them. You can make a published report private again.

Payments

Paid plans are sold by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles billing, sales tax and VAT. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
