Privacy policy
Draft. This text describes how the service works today and is being reviewed. It is not final legal text.
What we collect
- The website you check, and the business profile we build from its public pages.
- The questions we ask AI, the answers we receive and the results we calculate.
- If you create an account: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- If you buy a plan: your plan and subscription status. Card details are handled by Paddle, not by us.
- If you ask our experts for a quote: your name, email, optional phone number and message, and the report issues you attached. We use them only to reply to your request, not for marketing.
Who processes it
- AI providers receive the customer questions. The questions don't include your name or account.
- Paddle processes payments as merchant of record.
- Our email provider sends account and report emails.
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page views anonymously (no cookies, no personal profile) so we can see which pages are used.
Public reports
A report is only public if you publish it. Published reports can appear in search results. You can make a report private again at any time.
