Features · AI visibility tracking
Track your brand visibility in AI answers
stuckUP asks ChatGPT and Claude the questions your customers ask, every week or month, and tracks your visibility, position and sentiment against competitors. For local businesses, marketing teams and agencies.
01 · Brand visibility tracking
Brand visibility tracking, week by week
Automatic checks every week or month ask AI the same questions, so the results compare. You see your score trend, what changed since the last check, and an email after each one.
- The same questions every time, so a change is a real change
- Method changes marked on the trend, never hidden in it
- By market, topic and AI assistant
02 · Competitor benchmarking
Who AI recommends instead of you
Every business AI names where you aren’t, how often, and for which questions. Follow your share of voice against them over time, and see which competitor is winning which topic.
- Competitors found in the answers, not guessed
- Share of voice by topic, market and assistant
- Competitors over time, check by check
03 · Sentiment
How AI describes you: sentiment, answer by answer
Being named isn’t always good news. Each answer is labelled by how it presents you and each competitor, with the sentence it used, so you see when AI names you and steers people elsewhere.
- Recommended
- Just named
- Named, with a downside
- Advised against
04 · Visibility, position and citations
Visibility, position and citation metrics, in one UP Score
Four measurements from the real answers, with public weights. Every number links back to the answers behind it. How we measure
- Visibility · 40%Mention rateShare of answers that name your business.
- Citations · 25%Citation rateShare of answers that cite your own website.
- Position · 20%PositionHow high you appear when the answer is a list.
- Trust · 15%Trusted sourcesShare of answers citing a source about you.
05 · Tracked questions
Tracked questions (prompts), written for you
We read your website and write the questions your customers ask, in their words and languages. Keep the ones that matter, add your own, group them by topic and tag, and see results for each.
- Topics, tags and intent for every question
- Several markets and languages, asked from where customers are
- Results by question, topic, market and assistant
06 · Markets and languages
Compare your AI visibility across markets and languages
The same business can be recommended in one language and missing in another. We ask AI in each market’s own language, from that country, and put the results side by side: score, who AI names first, and which sources it trusts.
- Native questions in each language, with an English translation
- A score, competitors and sources for every market and city
- Up to 3 markets on Pro, 5 on Agency
07 · Source and citation analysis
The sites AI trusts, and whether you’re on them
Every site the answers cite, what kind of site it is, and whether it mentions you. The ones you can get onto become to-dos, from asked to listed.
08 · Website readiness and fixes
An action plan, most important fix first
Checks for AI crawlers, structured data, content and listings, turned into up to 12 fixes with the steps, and code you can paste for website fixes. Do them yourself, or hire our experts.

What no one can promise
That AI will recommend you after any change. AI answers vary between runs, which is why we track the same questions over time. How we measure
Questions about tracking
What is AI visibility tracking?
Asking AI assistants the same customer questions on a schedule and recording whether your brand is named, in what position, how it’s described and which sources are cited, so you can see the trend instead of a single answer.
How often do you check?
Paid plans run automatic checks every week or every month, your choice, with the same questions each time so the results compare. You can also check again whenever you like, and you get an email after each check.
How is sentiment measured?
For every answer, our analysis labels how it presents your business and each competitor: recommended, just named, named with a downside, or advised against, and keeps the sentence it used. It’s shown next to your score, not mixed into it.
Can I track competitors?
Yes. We record every business named in the answers, so your competitors are the ones AI actually recommends, not a list you guess. You see how often each is named, your share of voice against them, and how that changes from check to check.
Which AI assistants do you track?
ChatGPT and Claude, both with live web search, through their official APIs. The free check asks ChatGPT. Google AI Mode is next, then Perplexity. Every report lists exactly which assistants it used.
How many questions can I track?
25 questions per website on Pro and Growth, and 50 on Agency. We write them from your website; you can keep, edit or add your own. The free check asks 5.
Can I track several markets and languages?
Yes. Pro and Growth cover up to 3 markets per website, Agency 5. Each market is asked in its own language, from that country, with an English translation of every question, and the results are compared side by side.
Can I share reports with clients?
Yes. Any report can be published as a read-only link to send to a client or colleague. Reports stay private until you share them, and you can unpublish them at any time.
Do I need to install anything on my website?
No. We only need your website address. We read your public pages and ask the AI assistants through their official APIs; nothing goes on your site.
How is stuckUP different from other AI visibility tools?
Most tools ask you to write the prompts and give you a dashboard. stuckUP writes the questions your customers ask from your website, asks them in your markets and languages, and turns the results into an action plan with fixes, including code to paste. It’s built for local businesses and the teams and agencies that serve them, the first check is free, and paid plans start at $29 a month.
Start with where you stand today.
The first check is free: your UP Score, who AI names instead, and the first fixes.
